Just announced! Virtual Manager Meetup: Finance and Business Planning Workshop

09 September 2020

Objectives. Strategies. Sales. Marketing. Financial forecasts. Cashflow! Things that are key to any business planning exercise — and this does not exclude music management!

As we gear up towards the announcement of year 3 of MMF’s groundbreaking Accelerator programme, supported by YouTube Music, we will hear from Nick Lawrence (Big Star Business).  We recommend all managers thinking of applying to Accelerator 2021 attend this event.

Nick will give us his top tips on business/financial planning. At BigStar Business Management and Accountancy, Nick has built a roster of world-beating talent from both the front and back stages of the entertainment industry – all of whom share his belief that good accountancy and business management should be actively in-sync with career ambitions, aspirations and success.

We will also hear from one of the managers on the current Accelerator programme, on their approach to the fundamentals of business planning. Further speakers to be announced.

Let’s think ahead and think big.

Links will be sent out on the day of the event. Members, for sign up please see your latest newsletter, or e-mail lovisa@themmf.net.
