MMF member Nina Sebastiane of Yin Yang Media UK has independently put together an environmental impact assessment exploring the estimated carbon footprint of the food served at this year’s Artist & Manager Awards.
Nina’s assessment draws on published research and standard restaurant portion sizes to estimate the environmental impact of the menu, offering an opportunity to better understand the impact of our food choices.
