The MMF are running regular online events – an opportunity to our members to connect, share and learn. These events typically run in a similar format to our in person Manager Meetups, anchored around a core educational element followed by opportunity for Q&A’s, sharing and connecting in a virtual environment.
These events allow us to bring our community together without being tied to a specific location. Recently our members have benefited from online events engaging with a variety of our Associate members.
Join us on Tuesday 10th January 2023 10am – 11am (GMT) for an online member briefing session with Claire Collins the Head of Music for SXSW Sydney
WHAT WE WILL COVER:
The MMF’s monthly manager meetups are a regular fixture for Members and Associates. Typically they include updates from the MMF with pressing news, industry updates, open discussion with members and feedback and short presentations from interesting music companies you may want to work with. The events provide a friendly environment, with dedicated time for networking, allowing you to build relationships within our community.
For just one night a year, leading artists and their managers come together to celebrate their past achievements, award their peers and look to the future with excitement.
The event is attended by 600+ executives across the business, and will be held this year on Thursday 17th November at Bloomsbury Big Top. Early bird tables are now on sale, with a 10% discount until Friday 27th August. To book, please email annika@themmf.net, and for more information, please visit the Artist and Manager Awards website.
The Music Managers Forum annual Managers Summit is first and foremost, a celebration, bringing together the MMF’s diverse range of members, ensuring music managers remain at the cutting edge of new business developments and that your voices have representation. The one day gathering provides a programme of talks, discussions and workshops that provoked insight and debate leaving MMF Members inspired and energised.
Tribes are run by our members in their local areas and allow you to grow your music network in your community. We currently have Tribes running in Birmingham, Southampton and Manchester. These social events happen every few months and often feature curated panels and running Q&A’s with top industry experts. If you would like to see a Tribe set up in your region please email manasvi@themmf.net
