The Music Managers Forum is committed to reflecting and representing the wider community of UK Managers.
We are a diverse organisation and challenge ourselves to ensure that this is hardwired into everything that we do. We have much to be proud of our membership is 35% female and 15% BAME and we are aiming to increase this as we expand year on year.
We recognise that music management is a distinctive career path drawing people from very different backgrounds. Therefore, our goal is to be inclusive and representative of all managers, helping to support them in an environment that is an incubator for great ideas, attractive to join, and that creates a sense of pride across our membership.
