Beggars Group joins as new associate to the MMF

Beggars are a London-based confederacy of successful labels, namely; 4AD, Matador Rough Trade, XL Recordings and Young Turks. With offices in every major market Beggars are a leading independent voice.

Artists they currently work with include Adele, Alabama Shakes, ANOHNI, Cat Power, Daughter, BEGGARS LogoFKA Twigs, Future Islands, Grimes, Interpol, The National, Queens of the Stone Age, Radiohead, Sampha, Savages, Sigur Rós, Vampire Weekend, Warpaint, Jack White, and The xx.

Speaking about becoming an associate member of the MMF, chairman Martin Mills said that:

“from our experience as an independent label in a concentrated market, we well know the value of collective strength and community, and see MMF and its artist constituency as very much our partners in getting amazing artists and music into the world.”
