We attended the launch by Women in CTRL of their 2024 Seat at the Table report, marking a pivotal turning point as representation of women on UK music trade association boards has risen to 52%.

We held a session with our Board summarising key audience insights for music managers from publicly available research to inform our research strategy. The session resulted in the production of an overview document, highlighting key takeaways from recent industry reports.

We hosted our annual International Insurance virtual event with MMF Chair Paul Craig (Nostromo Management, Biffy Clyro) and MMF Board member Niamh Byrne (Eleven Management, Blur & Gorillaz) in a discussion about the on-going complexities of touring internationally.

 

We contributed to and welcomed this week the Women & Equalities Committee’s inquiry into the issue of Misogyny in Music.
