Where are you based?
London

How long have you worked in Management?
1 year 11 months

Who do you manage now?
SKARZ AND BNIZZ

Where did you find your first client and what inspired you to take them on?
Skarz is my childhood friend, and I’ve always believed in his talent and the music he creates. I knew there was something special in his sound and felt the world needed to hear it. That belief is what inspired me to take on his management, and I won’t stop until the whole world knows his name.

What does a good/bad day at work look like for you?
A good day is when I feel like I’ve moved the artist’s career forward, whether that’s securing an opportunity, making an important connection, solving a problem or simply getting one step closer to a bigger goal. I enjoy the days where there’s momentum and I can see the impact of the work I’m putting in

A bad day is when I feel like I’ve been busy without actually achieving anything meaningful, or when things are held back by factors outside of my control. That said, I try to use those days as motivation rather than letting them discourage me. There’s always something to learn, improve or approach differently the next day

What has been the highlight of your management career to date?
The biggest highlight so far has been seeing Skarz sell out his headline show in just nine minutes, completely independently. Another huge moment was securing the opportunity for him to support Gabzy on his world tour at London’s Roundhouse. Both moments showed me what we can achieve when we believe in the artist, stay consistent and create opportunities without waiting for someone else to give us permission.

What do you think are the big challenges for a manager in 2025?
I think one of the biggest challenges is cutting through the noise. There are more artists, more content and more competition for people’s attention than ever, so managers have to be strategic about how they build an artist’s identity and audience.

Another challenge is balancing the artist’s creative vision with the commercial side of the industry. As a manager, you have to understand the business, build the right relationships and create opportunities while still protecting what makes the artist unique.

For independent managers especially, access to resources, knowledge and the right industry networks can be a challenge. That’s something I’m actively working to overcome by building strong relationships and continuously learning

What music are you currently listening to?
Skarz, Gunna, Victony, Asake, & Odeal

Why would you recommend the MMF?
I would definitely recommend the MMF. It has already had a great impact on me, giving me the opportunity to meet so many great people, build new relationships and open doors to opportunities I may not have had access to otherwise. The knowledge, community and connections have been invaluable, especially as I continue to grow as a manager.
