Meet AXS - the global ticketing platform built to bring a modern, technology-driven approach to live events.

1) Please introduce AXS, what you do and how you work with music managers and music creators?
AXS is a global ticketing platform founded in 2011, built to bring a modern, technology-driven approach to live events. We’re privileged to work with the world’s best artists and many of the world’s leading promoters, venues and festivals.

We deliver tools that simplify ticketing and enhance the overall fan experience. That includes everything from managing high-demand onsales to providing insights and distribution strategies. Our goal is always to provide a smoother, more trusted way for fans to access live events.

Our Artist Services team exists to to partner closely with our Venue and Promoter Partners, as well as Managers, Booking Agents and Record Labels on touring campaigns, ticketing strategy and fan access.

2) Tell us a more about your services and the importance you play in the music industry?
AXS Artist Services is a global team, with people across North America and Europe. Together we are here to support Artist Teams and our Promoter & Venue Partners with achieving their ticketing strategy goals, and creating a great fan experience for those buying tickets on our platform. We are available to run through ideas, whether that is a presale strategy or how to best take advantage of our platform through our various Products.

A fan buying a ticket is the first step to being in the venue with your Artists, and we do not take that for granted. The experience they have at that first step is so important, and we are here to support how Artists and their team want to make that happen.

We aim to support the growth of an Artist through our Platform, with access to live insights to drive future decisions. We are proud to be part of the journey from small rooms to stadiums.

3) What have you been working on recently (if you’re able to say)?
There has been significant growth across Europe for AXS over the past 1-2 years, launching in France and Germany and onboarding major arenas and festival partners, while continuing to grow our established UK and Nordic presence.

In parallel, we launched a dedicated European Artist Services team across the UK and EU, designed to work closely with wider artist teams and ensure they get the best out of AXS solutions.

Recent highlights have included using our Fair AXS solution on Celine Dion’s Paris 2026 shows, as well as Artist Presales from the likes of Olivia Rodrigo, KATSEYE and Overmono.

4) When is the right time for an artist or manager to start working with AXS?
We are very much here to listen and discuss any specific ideas or goals you may have for the future. We are privileged to already work with some of your artists through our existing partners, and encourage having these conversations as early as possible to get the best outcome for your Artists touring needs.

5) What are your plans for 2026?
We are very excited to be expanding quickly in markets including France, Germany, Singapore, Japan and Australia. In the shorter term, our focus remains on delivering the best service and solutions to bring artists and fans together, and building trusted and lasting industry relationships.

There are far too many upcoming partner moments to list here, from AEG festival highlights and the opening of British Airways ARC, to the ongoing success of ABBA Voyage, the Céline Dion residency, and The O2’s upcoming 20th anniversary.

As part of the wider AEG network, we are able to pair global experience with local understanding. That means working closely with promoters, venues and artist teams to support solutions that feel practical and considered, and that genuinely improve the experience for both fans and clients.

Our Artist Services team is always happy to talk through how AXS works, whether that’s ticketing options, fan experience, or just sense-checking an idea you’re exploring.

We care a lot about providing our partners options and visibility, but more than anything we care about working things out together in a way that feels right for your project.

If you’re curious, have questions, or just want to chat things through, please reach out, we love connecting with managers at any stage.

And on a personal note: we’re always down for a gig. If you’ve got new music you’re excited about, feel free to send it our way, we’re all ears.
