Soundcharts joins MMF as an Associate!

04 October 2017

We are pleased to welcome Soundcharts to the MMF as an associate!

Soundcharts is the Market Intelligence platform for the Music Industry. The company was founded in 2015 by David Weiszfeld, who was previously head of international development for Universal Music in France. The commercial platform was launched on 20 September 2016. After 10 months, over 250 companies from 23 countries including the 3 majors and many smaller independent companies use the platform daily. Its goal is to modernize the workflow of every professional (artists, managers, labels, publishers, distributors, agents, festivals, brands and agencies) with their all-in-one workflow management and data-insights platform. In June 2017 Soundcharts won the ‘Data Analytics’ and ‘Public Choice’ awards at the MIDEM competition. In September 2017 Soundcharts announced a $3.1M funding round from Alven Capital, Kima Ventures and Global Founders Capital.
