  • Investment & return; budgeting & cash flow; rights acquisition, signings, advances & recordings
  • Services, process & procedure
  • Relationship management: from negotiation to termination / development to international success
  • Exclusive songwriter, option, catalogue, admin agreements; single piece/song assignments; development deals: key terms & conditions; implications and negotiation positions
  • Classical, media & popular music publishing agreements: differentials & comparisons
  • Roles & rewards: rights ownership & income participation – creators, publishers, performers, A/V production companies & studio producers
Time: 6.30-9.30pm
Cost: MMF members pay just £40 per module instead of the standard £80
