MMF Response to Copyright Consultation 2012
In December the Minister for Intellectual Property Baroness Wilcox launched a Government consultation seeking views on the Government’s proposed changes to copyright law in response to Professor Hargreaves review of IP and Growth. The consultation closed yesterday and you can read the MMF and FAC submission here:

The first stage of Richard Hooper’s Digital Copyright Exchange Feasibility study will be published on Tuesday next week.
