PledgeMusic and Help Musicians UK announce latest round of Emerging Artist funding

12 July 2017

PledgeMusic and Help Musicians UK have announced the opening of the latest round of their continuing Emerging Artists Fund (EAF) partnership. The fund is designed to support emerging UK based artists with a PledgeMusic campaign, supplemented with top-up funding from Help Musicians UK. The partnership, now in its second year, has already helped deliver success and opportunities to a range of artists including The Lottery Winners, Telegram, Zola Blood, as well as rising grime artist Elf Kid. Recent recipients include JAGARA, whose new single ‘Real Love’ got a play on BBC Radio 1 and Leo Kalyan, currently receiving a wave of positive attention for his recently released and Spotify play-listed track ‘Versailles’.

Paul Barton, PledgeMusic Managing Director, speaking of the campaign says;

“It’s very gratifying that the Emerging Artists Fund and our partnership with Help Musicians UK continues to attract exciting new artists and talent. Making a difference is what the fund is all about and together with Help Musicians UK, PledgeMusic are fully committed to achieving that objective.”

The deadline for artist submissions in the current round in the 31st July – all the details are available here.
