Management Spotlight: Eleven Management
The management spotlight offers a small insight into the heads of incredible management. This week in the spotlight is Eleven Management!
Can you tell us when and how your company was established? And who are the key members of the team?
Niamh Byrne and Régine Moylett started Eleven Management in 2011 as a creative music management company focused on building pioneering opportunities and bespoke campaigns across music, culture, and business for their artists.
Both were already well-established in the music industry before starting Eleven. Byrne having previously worked for over 15 years in management, on blur, Elastica, Jesus & Mary Chain, Turin Brakes before moving on to starting her own consultancy company The Engine Room. There followed a number years working at Universal Music consulting to executives, and responsible for the Music Matters campaign and redesign of Brit Awards. Moylett served at Chris Blackwell’s Island Records before starting her award-winning, still operating, boutique publicity company RMP.
Over the past decade the company has produced ground-breaking and award-winning campaigns with a team that has grown apace. In addition to Niamh Byrne and Regine Moylett, the team at Eleven Mgmt today consists of Tanyel Vahdettin (Managing Director), Ina Dubois (Campaign Director), Suzi Grossman (Head of Business Affairs), Estelle Wilkinson (Bastille Manager), Beau Colburn (Bastille Management), Saoirse Kavanagh (Senior Campaign Manager), Ellie Nolan (Day to Day/Campaign Manager), Saskia Blow (Day to Day/Campaign Coordinator), Melody Perry (Audience Insights/Fan Management) and expert consultants Selena Dion (Synchs), Astrid Ferguson (Creative Services), Stars Redmond (Digital Strategy) with Felicity Lotter (Office Manager), Hannah Norris & Clare Moss (Office PA Team). Eleven has received numerous awards including Management Company of the Year (A&R 2023), Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 (A&M Awards) and their campaigns have won awards too numerous to mention but including several Golden Lions, BIMAs and a D&AD pencil.
Could you share some information about the artists and creative talent currently on your roster?
The roster comprises Damon Albarn, blur, Gorillaz, Jamie Hewlett, Bastille, The Clash, Bashy, Bastille, MEYY, Galen & Paul, Graham Coxon, Riz Ahmed, Naomi Scott & The WAEVE.
What criteria or factors do you consider when making decisions on which artists and talents to sign?
The most important requirement in an artist is one who is unique, exceptional, clear-minded and contributing to culture. Another requirement is trust in our processes. We like to provide the space where the artist can express themselves freely and push the boundaries of self-expression. We then work in partnership to deliver their ideas, fully formed, to their audience and beyond.
In your opinion, what are the major challenges that music management companies are facing in 2024?
Management has evolved significantly in recent years. As the industry undergoes significant change, the shift in working practices means that managers now shoulder the responsibility not only for management but wider services to the artist. Beyond the creative input this can also include campaign strategists, labels services, publishing needs, digital agency, live requirements, fan community management and all other commercial relationships.
Artist Development also continues to be an ongoing challenge as major labels step back on this responsibility. Providing an income to artists while they are in development, which takes much longer than before, and the cost of touring are limiting factors. We need to find more ways to bridge the gap between developing artists and already established acts.
What market developments or technologies most excite you about the future?
It’s exciting to see the various options available to an artist/manager to manage their own fan communities and the potential that this brings to develop the direct fan/artist relationship without having to go through filters. Previously, data management was only understood by specialists and might have seemed overwhelming, but as the technology develops, this is being simplified by the platforms that have been created. It means there is greater insight into who the fans are and therefore campaigns can be shaped far more accurately.
Can you provide any insights into the future plans or upcoming projects of your company?
We have some big, exciting projects on the way but they are all secret and we will tell you when we are ready! However, this year we have already had releases from The Waeve and Bastille whilst simultaneously building out the careers of our developing acts and recently had new music from Meyy, Bashy and Naomi Scott.
Why would you recommend the MMF?
The MMF is an incredible resource and community for any manager/management team no matter how big or small.. Not to mention the amazing campaigning that the MMF does for managers and their artists. In an ever-changing music landscape managers are shouldering more responsibility than ever before and therefore needing to evolve quickly. Therefore, the MMF can be an incredible resource.

Quick list from the team includes Fat Dog, Ezra Collective, Fatou Diawara, CASISDEAD, NVP, Jetayu, Bach & Kaktus Einarsson,
