AIM is pleased to announce its latest AIM Academy Digital Training Day taking place on 14th September. The event will enable music companies to build successful, innovative and targeted digital marketing campaigns, and kicks off a series of training events between now and the end of the year. Once again, the session is hosted by Motive Unknown’s Darren Hemmings, whose label clients include Because Music, Brownswood Recordings, Cherry Red Records, Cooking Vinyl, Domino, Mute and Secretly Canadian. Motive Unknown has run campaigns for some of the independent sector’s biggest acts, including Alt-J, Blink-182, Christine and the Queens, Major Lazer, Moby, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Richard Ashcroft, Rick Astley and Run The Jewels.

The main focus for the session is learning actionable skills that ensure you will leave ready to make immediate improvements to how you strategise and operate your artists’ online presence.  In order to achieve this, Darren will tailor an agenda based on the needs of those attending, which can touch on anything from Facebook best practices to website optimisation, advanced data collection to YouTube optimisation.
