MMF Seeks Your Views on Artist Manager Code of Practice and Framework for Training and Education

31 July 2012

Training and education are becoming more important as the role of the manager evolves, becomes ever more complex and is seen as central to an artist centric business. I urge you to  read and consider the documents generated by our Education Committee here on the website and to respond with your thoughts after due reflection.

The questions we would like the MMF membership to consider are.

  • Is the proposed MMF code of practice and framework for training and education a good reflection of the learning and development needs of artist managers?
  • Are there any additional elements needed in the MMF code of practice and framework for training and education?
  • How should the MMF use the code of practice and framework for training and education once it is completed?
  • How could you use the code of practice and framework for training and education?

Please direct all comments and questions to:

Your views are important to our continued professional development.
