1.1 Please read these Terms and Conditions of Membership (“Terms”) carefully as use of this service on the website Music Managers Forum Ltd (“the Website”) constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. Music Managers Forum Ltd reserves the right to update the Terms at any time by displaying amended Terms on the Website. You will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms when you next use this Website following any amendment.
Memberships can only be processed via the automated system on this website. Once payment has been made, your membership will commence and you will benefit from our services immediately. For this reason, under Regulation 13(a) of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the membership fee is non-refundable.
On expiry of your membership each year on the anniversary of your joining date, payment will be taken from your card. You will be notified 14 days in advance of renewal that your renewal date is approaching. On the renewal date you will be notified that payment has been taken. If you do not wish to have an automatic renewal, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to amend your subscription. You are free to cancel your membership at any time in advance of payment being taken by clicking the link in your original welcome pack email or the expiry reminder email. Once payment has been taken for renewals, this cannot be refunded.
4.1 Music Managers Forum Ltd offers secure online transactions.
4.2 You should then proceed to the checkout area where you will be asked for details such as your billing address, contact information and card details.
5.1 The prices payable for Membership that you order are as set out in our website. We offer Over 30s and Under 30s Memberships, these can be paid as a Monthly or Annual Subscription. To be eligible for an Under 30s membership, you must be under 30 years old on the day of your Annual membership purchase or under 30 years old when payment is taken for a Monthly membership.
5.2 All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.
5.4 You can pay by credit or debit card. The cards accepted for payment are displayed at point of purchase.
5.5 Your MMF payment will be taken automatically on either a Monthly or Annual basis for the duration your card is active. Once your card has expired, you will need to update your card details to continue using your MMF membership. If you do not update your card details, your membership payments will fail. You will receive 1 email notification per week for 3 weeks to alert you to this failure and to request for you to update your card details. On the 4th week after 3 failed payments, your membership will be automatically cancelled.
5.6 The address registered to your card must match the address entered in the billing address section of your subscription, failure to enter the same address will result in a error processing your subscription.
6.1 All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the Membership you have ordered is not available.
6.2 If you have received a promotional offer, such as an Urban Development Creative Membership, this will entitle you to your chosen promotion for one year only. Once the term of your promotion has ended, you will need to purchase a full-price membership. If you need any further information about your membership, please email email@example.com
7.1 Music Managers Forum Ltd reserves the right to cancel the contract if:
7.2 If Music Managers Forum Ltd does cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
8.1 If you cancel your membership, your membership will be stopped immediately. If you pay a subscription fee after this time, you may be entitled to a refund, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
