ILMC Bursary Scheme

11 November 2014

The MMF has secured a dedicated place on the newly announced ILMC Bursary Scheme, which is designed to nurture executive talent, and enable young professionals and start-up companies to attend the International Live Music Conference.

A Bursary Scheme place is a full ILMC delegate pass (including an annual subscription to IQ) and details of all successful applicants will be kept confidential. The deadline to apply is 30 January, and one MMF member will be chosen for a guaranteed place from all entries received.

Patrons of the scheme are Robertson Taylor W&P Longreach.

ILMC 27 takes place at the Royal Garden Hotel in Kensington, London, from 6-8 March 2015. An invitation-only event, the conference is the leading annual meeting point for leaders of the global concert and festival businesses.

ILMC welcomes over 1,000 promoters, venue operators, festival organisers, booking agents and artist managers from over 60 countries annually.

To apply for one of the available bursary places, you must:

  • Be employed by, or own, a company that employs less than 10 people, and that has not previously been represented at ILMC.
  • Have not previously attended an ILMC yourself.
  • Have gone through the ILMC nomination process (details about this are on the application form)

More information about the scheme can be seen in a recent Music Week article here.
