Audoo are a technology company who have created the Audoo Audio Meter™, a small plug-in device that precisely recognises recorded music in all types of environments. It can recognise music played from any platform, to help ensure the accurate distribution of public performance royalties.

The Audio Meter cuts through foreground noise to take a digital, GDPR-compliant fingerprint of the recording being played, matches the track data, and then reports to PRO and CMO partners. This data is also encrypted for an added layer of security.

Through a data-driven approach to music analytics, Audoo can provide Performing Rights Organisations with cutting-edge insight and analysis to ensure musicians and songwriters are being paid fairly, and not by estimation, while also eliminating administration difficulties for venues who pay music licences.
